Provo Fruits is a family run produce business. We buy fresh fruit and vegetables and we get them to the restaurants, markets and food businesses that need them, on our own trucks, on a schedule that fits the restaurant instead of the warehouse.
What eleven years teaches you
Produce is not a catalog business. The same item is excellent one week and not worth putting on your truck the next. Eleven years in this trade means knowing which suppliers hold their quality, which crops are about to turn, and what it actually costs a restaurant when the delivery does not arrive.
That is the part we take off your plate. You tell us what your restaurant goes through, and we handle the sourcing, the quality check and the drive.
How we work
